Flesh and bone: Stories about the female body
Team 20s: Spring Kwok, a first generation Chinese American, originally from Houston, Texas, is currently pursuing a career in Fashion Merchandising. She is a disability activist and emotionalist, who leads monthly support groups, social events, and educational workshops for people who stutter.
Team 30s: Nicole Ferraro has performed in storytelling shows like Story Collider, Sideshow Goshko, Gather NYC, WORD, etc., and her solo show “Why So Much Shame” ran in the 2016 Frigid Festival. Nicole also created/hosts Art, Humanity & Action: a storytelling show and podcast that aims to engage people in political activism.
Team 40s: Aimee Herman is a queer Brooklyn-based writer and educator, author of the recently published YA novel, "Everything Grows", two full-length books of poetry, and singer/ukulele player in the poetry band Hydrogen Junkbox.
Team 50s: Beth Lisick is a writer and actor. She’s penned five books including the New York Times bestselling comic memoir Everybody Into the Pool and the gonzo self-help manifesto and national bestseller Helping Me Help Myself. Her first novel Edie on the Green Screen debuts March 2020.
Team 60s: Gayle Kirschenbaum is an Emmy award winning filmmaker, TV producer, writer, TED speaker, photographer, and coach. Her award winning film on Netflix LOOK AT US NOW, MOTHER! is credited with transforming lives. She has been featured widely in the media including NYT, NBC Today Show, and the Washington Post.
Team 70s: Judith Katz is a practicing psychotherapist for the past three decades in NYC. An aspiring storyteller and performer, Katz is developing a one woman show about her relationship with her mother.
